While it is not true that he loves to write more than anything else, it is true that he is a willing learner. My challenge is to provide lessons at the appropriate level and for a length of time which meets his developmental stage. You can see that in the appropriate environment he does a really good job. At the orphanage in Ethiopia, his social worker Sarah, commented on his high forehead as a baby and suggestied he looked like a scholar. To watch him study make me realize he has that potential.
